How do I register?

Registration for the Program will take place on the first day. Please fill out the registration form. You can complete the form and bring it with you on the first day, or you can complete the form and send it back via email. Registration form and photo release must be signed by a parent/guardian.

What Time is the Program?

Our program is on Sundays from 11:00am - 12:30pm for 10 weeks, from the beginning of September through the beginning of November, see Schedule.

Where does the Program take Place?

Harry E. Franks Stadium - Neshaminy High School Football Field located at

2001 Old Lincoln Hwy -- Langhorne, Pennsylvania

What do the program sessions look like?

11:00 AM - Stretching at midfield with all athletes and buddies.

Then we break into small groups for drills at different stations.

11:45 AM - Snack and Water Break (water and a soft pretzel provided by Neshaminy's N-Club).

If your child requires an alternative snack, please bring it with you.

12:00 PM - Clean up after snack and return to the field for Flag Football games.

12:30 PM - Pick-Up/ End of Session

How are the groups divided?

We break our athletes up into age groups. Our program has athletes as young as 5 years old up to 14 years old. We try to assess which group works well for each child. However, if you are more comfortable with one group, please let us know.

Where does the cheerleading program take place?

Our Cheerleaders will be on the track working with the Neshaminy High School Cheerleaders.  They will practice cheers and a dance routine and then after the break, they will cheer for the Flag Football games.

What should my child wear?

Dress your child in comfortable clothes with sneakers. No cleats are permitted on the field.
